    Terms of Service

    Last updated: March 28, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Breaker1 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

Breaker1 is a calendar booking tool that allows registered users ("Hosts") to create a public scheduling page where visitors ("Guests") can book meetings. The Service integrates with third-party calendar and video conferencing providers, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom.

    3. User Accounts

To use the Service as a Host, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

    4. Host and Guest Roles

Hosts are registered users who connect their calendar and configure a public booking page. Hosts may grant Breaker1 access to their Google Calendar to display availability and create events on their behalf.

Guests are visitors who use a Host's booking page to schedule a meeting. Guests provide their name and email address to complete a booking. Guests may optionally connect their Google Calendar for the duration of a booking session to display mutual availability; this access is temporary and not stored on our servers.

    5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom. By connecting these services, you authorize Breaker1 to access and use your data from those services solely to operate the scheduling features described herein. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Breaker1's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited or spam communications; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

    7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data obtained through Google API integrations.

    8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Breaker1. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

    9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Breaker1 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of calendar data from third-party providers, or the availability of video conferencing links. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breaker1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

    10. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your stored OAuth tokens, profile information, and booking history will be permanently removed from our systems. Disconnecting your Google Calendar from the Service will immediately delete your stored refresh token.

    11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

    12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    13. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us through the Service.
